Waitlist privacy notice
What we hold, and why.

This notice covers the waitlist form on shedidfit.com and nothing else. The She Did Fit app has its own privacy policy, which will be published with the app.
What the form collects
- Your email address. Required. It is the only way we can tell you when your gym opens.
- Your first name. Optional, and used only to address the email to a person rather than an inbox.
- Your home gym. Optional. We use it to decide which gyms to open first, because a gym with nobody in it is not worth opening.
- Whether you ticked the consent box, the date and time you submitted, the country your request came from, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on.
What we do not collect here
No health information, no training data, no location, no advertising or analytics cookies, and no tracking pixels. This page and the home page set no cookies at all.
Where it goes
The site runs on Vercel, which processes the request. The form entry is stored in a private Google Sheet that only our team can open. Those are the two processors involved; we do not pass your details to anyone else, and we do not sell them.
How long we keep it
Until the waitlist has served its purpose or you ask us to delete it, whichever is first. When the app opens at your gym, your entry either becomes an account you chose to create or it is deleted.
Stopping and deleting
Every email we send has a one-tap unsubscribe. To have your entry deleted outright, write to privacy@shedidfit.com from the address you signed up with and we will remove the row. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to object to our use of it — the same address handles all of those.
Children
The waitlist is not for people under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, write to privacy@shedidfit.com and we will delete the entry.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects what we do with details already collected, we will email everyone on the list before the change takes effect.
