Early access is open

The gym never made room for you. We did.

She Did Fit is the app for women who train. One tap ends your session and posts the receipt. And before you drive over, you can see who else is going to be in the building tonight.

Early access

Tell us where you train.

We’re opening one gym at a time, so the room is never empty when you walk in. Your gym decides your place in the line.

We never sell your details. See the privacy notice.

The name is the promise

Twice over.

Every part of this app closes one of two loops. If a screen closes neither, it does not ship.

She did it

Past tense. Proof. The receipt. You finished the session and the card writes itself — the lifts, the load, the time under the bar. Nobody has to take your word for it, including you on the days you would not have.

She fit in

The thing the gym never gave her. You walk into a room where three women already know exactly why you came, because you could see them there before you left the house.

The ritual

One tap ends it.

No forms to fill out afterwards. No streak you will abandon in March. You train, you hit the button, and the session becomes a card with your name on it. That is the entire ceremony.

  • The card carries what you actually did, not a step count.
  • The lime is earned. Streaks, personal records and finished sessions are the only things in the whole app allowed to wear it.
  • Your people see the card and get loud in the comments. That is the point.

The part nobody else has

See who’s in the building.

Most fitness apps connect you to strangers on the internet. She Did Fit connects you to the women already standing in your gym — which is the only kind of connection that survives a bad week.

  • Gym-level only. We never show a map, never track a live position, and never publish where you are.
  • You share a training window at a gym you chose. Nothing finer than that, and you can switch it off entirely.
  • Independent gyms count. Most of the directory is exactly that.

Before you ask

The honest answers.

Do I need Instagram?

No. Instagram is never the door. You sign in with Apple or your phone number, and following @shedidfit is an optional moment you can skip without losing anything.

What does it cost?

Joining the list is free, and the app is free at launch. Gyms and brands are who we sell to.

When does it open?

Gym by gym, starting in Atlanta and South Florida. A gym opens when enough women there have signed up for the room not to be empty — which is why we ask where you train.

My gym is not a big chain.

Most of them are not. The directory already carries more than 20,000 independent gyms across Florida, Georgia and Texas, alongside the chains.

Do you sell my information?

No. Your email tells you when your gym opens and what is happening in the app. That is the whole of it.

Who is this for?

Women who train. Any level, any lift, any body, first week or fifteenth year.

One more thing

You showed up. That’s the hard part.

The rest is just reps. Get on the list and we will tell you the day your gym opens.
